These evening classes are designed to help you to take care of yourself after a busy day. If in the evening you are very tired but still so many thoughts are running through your head and you feel that you did not have a minute to yourself … then this yoga class is created for you. Come and check by yourself how you feel afterwards!
Yoga Vinyasa Flow
The teaching style is Vinyasa flow with focus on finding connection within yourself. During the calm and flawless practice, I am paying special attention to feeling yourself and your body, accepting the stage you are at. Yoga in English include breathing techniques, asana (poses) flows, relaxation and meditation with drops of music. My humble role in that process is to guide you and create a safe space for you to unlock focus on yourself and your wellbeing.
