Hi my name is Daffny (instagram@mindfulmantrayoga). My intention is to guide you through a mindfulness practice during lunch time on Tuesdays and Thursdays (12:15-12:45) that focuses on meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) without the need for you to change into sporty clothes. So come as you are, in your pijama or your business attire to discover the power of mindfulness.
